Dear Luis:
Greetings from London, Ontario, I hope everything is going well with you. The SUNFEST Committee will present during the last week of January and first week of February 2007, a multidisciplinary arts program called “COLOR, RITMO & TRADICION”, which will be a showcase of Latin American Art.
As part of this program, a visual art exhibit will be held at The Aeolian Hall, from January 26 to February 03, 2007. We are delighted to extend an invitation to some of your artists to be part of this exhibit, including:
*Andrea Lambert
*Jorge Bolanos
*Carlos Zauny
*Alberto Ruiz Migoya
*Luis Ramirez
*José Ingnacio Cartagena
Each artist will be able to participate with 5 medium size works or 3 large ones.
The SUNFEST-London Committee for Cross Cultural Arts Inc., is an arts organization which has been promoting cross-cultural understanding of the arts and London and surrounding area since 1989, presenting a wide variety of programs all year round, and showcasing the works of professional culturally diverse artists. One of its main programs is SUNFEST during the summer, which is an international music and dance festival that presents over 30 ensembles from around the world, and is attended by over 200,000 people every year.
It would be appreciated if you could confirm the participation of these artists by December 15th the latest. Once you have confirmed your participation, we’ll be happy to send you more information on the logistics and details concerning this exhibit.

It is the responsibility of each artist to:
*Deliver its works to London no later than January 20, 2007
*Collect its works in London after February 04, 2007
The SUNFEST-London Committee for Cross Cultural Arts Inc., will be responsible for:
*Paying an honorary fee of $200.00 to each artist
*Covering a portion of transportation’s cost of works
*Ensuring the safety of the works
